By signing up to Career LinkED, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These apply to both individual and school subscription users. Please read them carefully before using the Career LinkED website (the "Service") operated by Career Linked Limited ("us", "we", or "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access the Service.

1. About Career LinkED

2. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes implies acceptance.

3. Subscription, Fees, and Usage

Subscriptions grant access to platform features. Usage should follow fair use principles. Excessive use or account sharing may lead to termination without notice.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and must report any unauthorized use immediately.

5. User Conduct

Users must not upload unlawful, offensive, or harmful content. Impersonation, malware, and jailbreaking AI tools are prohibited. Violations may lead to account suspension.

6. AI Accuracy and Limitations

While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee it. You acknowledge that content generated by AI may contain errors, and you use it at your own risk.

7. Indemnity Clause

You agree to indemnify Career Linked Limited against any claims arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the three months prior to the event.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

We act as the data controller for user accounts. Our Privacy Policy applies. We act as data processor in relation to data you input into our tools.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content are the property of Career Linked Limited. User-generated resources remain your property.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time. Inactive accounts (6+ years) may be deleted. Data loss and non-refund apply in such cases.

12. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds are available under specific conditions depending on your plan (monthly, annual, school). Contact us to request one.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control.

14. International Use and Legal Compliance

Users outside the UK must ensure local legal compliance. Career LinkED is governed by UK law.

We are not responsible for the content or privacy of third-party sites linked through our platform.

16. Rewards and Incentives

Any rewards are at our sole discretion and may be changed or withdrawn without notice.
